I built my foundation in nutrition and women's health with a bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition. my interest didn't come from theory – it came from wanting real, visible results. i wanted to understand exactly how to fuel my body, change it, and maintain it – and then help other women do the same.

I went on to become a certified women's hormone specialist, sports nutritionist, and crossfit level 2 trainer. the more i learned, the more i realized how much misinformation women were given – and how few people were teaching them how their hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle actually connect.
through that process, i also became a bodybuilding athlete. The experience taught me what true discipline and structure look like, but it also showed me that most women don't need to live like competitors to feel strong, capable, and proud of their bodies.
